This blog is about food as most of us experience it. Our TVs are plastered with great chefs producing wonderful looking food with passion. I aspire to producing something similar but unfortunately I don’t have:
3. Money for all the equipment
4. A sense of taste refined enough to discern “best”. “Good” is all I’ve got.
5. A good editing team to conceal when it goes wrong
6. Knowledge to create new recipes or a family heritage of wonderful hand-written recipe books to share with the next generation.
I eat out regularly, use convenience food products, follow and collect recipes, try to adapt things, learn occasionally, succeed mainly but fail regularly. This is my journal.
